For over a decade, we’ve built and maintained one of the most extensive networks in the diagnostics and life sciences recruiting space — relationships with high-performing sales professionals, clinical specialists, and leadership talent who trust us because we’ve been in this industry long enough to know who they are and what they’re worth. When a client brings us a search, we don’t post and pray. We call people.

We’re a small firm by design. Two people, deep expertise, and a focused practice that covers clinical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, life sciences and healthcare services. Karen Harris is an intuitive, strategic recruiter with a proven track record of connecting companies with high-performing, high potential talent. She specializes in understanding the full picture of a search — the required skills, cultural fit, leadership qualities, and what truly makes someone successful in a role — so that placed candidates stay, and teams are built with people who drive the business forward.


Known for her ability to move quickly on urgent roles without sacrificing quality, Karen has built teams for U.S. expansions, startups, and growing organizations across diagnostics, RX, and life
sciences. Most of her work comes from long-term clients who call her first — a reflection of the trust she’s built through consistent results and a deeply consultative approach.


With a vast network and sharp market insight, Karen brings genuine business acumen to every engagement, guiding both clients and candidates through the hiring process with clarity and
purpose.

Karen graduated from Drexel University and began her career as a researcher at Bain & Company before moving into an international logistics role with a Bain client. That foundation
— analytical, globally minded, and always solution-first — shapes how she approaches every search today.

Trey Tambouri supports the operational and business development functions of Targeted Talent, keeping the firm’s processes sharp and its pipeline moving. Over the past two years, he has developed a focused specialization in clinical diagnostics recruiting and has expanded into healthcare services with growing success. Behind the scenes, Trey manages the firm’s ATS, candidate tracking, and client outreach infrastructure — ensuring that Karen can focus on what she does best.
