She also spent three years with Talent Intelligence on strategic consulting projects focused on human capital acquisition. Karen began her career as a researcher at Bain and Company then moved to DHL, a Bain client. For the next decade, she enjoyed progressive success in international sales and logistics with DHL, Purolator Courier and UPS. She holds a BS in Humanities from Drexel University.
