Job Description
You will become an expert in the companies hematology analyzer. Working alongside our
sales team, you will manage the installation and implementation of the analyzer at customer
sites. Your deep product knowledge will then help you to inspire, guide, and train our
customers in their use.
Responsibilities
● Frequent travel to customer sites in order to install and train customers on use of
medical devices
● Participate in trade-shows and pre-sales events to promote the company line
● Coordinate evaluations and implementations with existing and prospective
customers, and educate existing customers in the medical community
● Collaborate with customers and coworkers to develop clinical policies and
procedures based on your knowledge of regulatory requirements
● Maintain customer relationships via telephone, e-mail, and site visits
● Convey customer feedback and complaints relating to company products and
services
Your skills, experience, and potential
● You are a skilled Medical Technologist (or similar degree) with an understanding
of basic hematology
● You are a natural, skilled, and charismatic teacher
● You have a proven track record of face-to-face training in the medical field,
preferably in point-of-care medical devices
● You have experience in project management and delivery of medical device
installations at customer sites
● You have strong technological adeptness and are comfortable with data,
analytics, and protocol design
● You have distinctive verbal, written, and presentation capabilities
● You are detailed-oriented, well-organized, solution-orientated, motivated, and
confident under pressure
● You can handle multiple projects and changing priorities with minimal supervision
● You are excited to work with partners in a variety of multicultural environments
Applicant Qualifications
● Must be a fluent English speaker and authorized to work in the United States
● Must be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local laws
and regulations
● Must be willing to travel 75% of the time
● Must have a laboratory-related degree/certification
● Regulatory knowledge and familiarity are preferred
