Karen Harris

Karen Harris (karen.harris@targetedtalent.net) is a premier recruiter specializing in the healthcare vertical market. Her industry expertise and tailored strategic solutions have made her a true partner and trusted adviser to numerous leading companies. She is known for her depth, discerning eye and devotion to research and best practice. This is complimented by a commitment to process, and an uncanny combination of intuition and integrity that make her a sharp recruiter deeply valued by her clientele.

Before launching Targeted Talent, for 11 years Karen was affiliated with Sands & Associates, which she first joined in 2001, quickly becoming the top recruiter.She secured contracts and successfully placed suitable candidates with Trinity Biotech, Abbott Laboratories, Becton Dickinson, bioMerieux and other specialty companies. She also spent three years with Talent Intelligence on strategic consulting projects focused on human capital acquisition. Through Talent, she supported leading companies like Bristol-Myers Squibb, Citibank and Pepsi in developing talent pipelines and gathering competitive intelligence relative to high-performing, high-potential people in specific markets and roles.

Karen began her career as a researcher at Bain and Company then moved to DHL, a Bain client. For the next decade, she enjoyed progressive success in international sales and logistics with DHL, Purolator Courier and UPS. She holds a BS in Humanities from Drexel University.

Scott Delahunt

Scott Delahunt (scott.delahunt@targetedtalent.net) is a creative, intelligent sourcing specialist. Prior to working with Targeted Talent, Scott worked at UPS as a Human Resource Specialist,sourcing, qualifying and hiring people for their Central Florida-based operations.

Scott graduated with a Sports Management degree from Saint Leo University. While working towards his degree, Scott worked with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
